Rivan Tower aimed to change how Egyptians view hotels by promoting the idea of owning a hotel room rather than just renting. We partnered with beloved actor Bayoumi Fouad to create a humorous film that presented hotel living as a permanent, comfortable lifestyle. Shot in just two days, the ad struck a chord, and the entire tower sold out within a week, proving that with the right insights and a fresh approach, you can make a real impact!
